Steph

With 14 years in the fitness industry, Steph draws on her experience as an instructor, personal trainer, group fitness co-ordinator and club manager, to provide a fitness experience like no other.

With a passion for group fitness, Steph’s dream was to expand her PT business into a studio and create a completely unique space where people could go to feed off the energy and enthusiasm of others, to achieve amazing things and feel great about themselves.

Steph has worked in some of the largest gym chains in Sydney and Canberra, as well as some of the smaller family run businesses, and from that experience has developed a strong sense of what people want and expect from a fitness facility. She has used that insight as the foundations on which to ‘build’ LongLife Fitness – a place where members will feel valued and supported, and are offered greater choice and control when it comes to making investments in their health and fitness.

Steph is so proud to finally see her dream become a reality, and would love for you to come and experience, for yourself, fitness with a difference. Jenna

Jenna has many years experience looking after children, having worked in several childminding facilities within Gungahlin and Belconnen areas.

Jenna has her senior first aid certificate and has done specialised asthma and anaphylaxis training. She also holds her Working With Vulnerable People registration.


Michelle

Michelle uses exercise to combat stress, become strong in body and mind, be happy and get more enjoyment out of all aspects in her life.

Three years ago Michelle became an instructor and through her teaching aims to motivate and inspire others to push their limits. Michelle is proud to be part of the LongLife Fitness team.
