With 16 years in the fitness industry, Steph draws on her experience as an instructor, personal trainer, group fitness co-ordinator and club manager, to provide a fitness experience like no other.

With a passion for group fitness, Steph’s dream was to expand her PT business into a studio and create a completely unique space where people could go to feed off the energy and enthusiasm of others, to achieve amazing things and feel great about themselves.

Steph has worked in some of the largest gym chains in Sydney and Canberra, as well as some of the smaller family run businesses, and from that experience has developed a strong sense of what people want and expect from a fitness facility. She has used that insight as the foundations on which to ‘build’ LongLife Fitness – a place where members will feel valued and supported, and are offered greater choice and control when it comes to making investments in their health and fitness.
